From day one we knew Baxco Homes were for us. It was the best decision we have ever made and now we finally get to live our dream and tell everyone our story and how amazing the team really is.

From the first point of contact with Tab she was so flexible and accomodating. Yes I was the annoying client that had to ask a million questions, but Tab always made me feel like it was ok and that she was here to help. Back and fourth we went going through floor plans with the amazing Steve working his magic. Thinking of designs that we never would have ever imagined. This was many of the blown away things I loved about Baxco, that you never had to wait weeks and weeks on end for a floor plan design. Steve got onto it asap! Not like other builders process.

From that moment on everything else just kept falling into place the process was so easy it felt like we didn't have to do much. The stress was minimal and that was all because of the team working their magic, guiding us through it all. We went through our colour selections, blown away yet again that their Standard Inclusions were all other builders upgrades! And the pricing of the house was truely amazing! If Baxco didn't come in at such a great price and as flexible as they have been, we wouldn't have been able to make our dream come true.

We were excited for our building to commence and didn't they deliver. From the site cut right until the finishing of our house was nothing short of amazing, and that's a big thing for somebody to say when building. So thank you again to the team at Baxco for delivering such an incredible build. We will be building again with Baxco in the very near future and cannot wait to do this all over again. I recommend to everyone that is looking for a builder to speak with the team at Baxco - you will NOT be disappointed!

Baxco Homes’ quotes are black and white - the final quote we signed is the final amount we paid. The knowledge and dedication of their staff is exceptional, and every single one of the contractors and tradesmen used were absolutely lovely with such good things to say about Baxco Homes.

Tab and James - whom we had the most to do with - are saints. They were transparent, answered our million questions, explained every step of the build, and did their best to get things moving along as fast, and as smooth, as possible. Our journey was exceptional. There were the usual hold ups and bumps along the way, but we are so grateful for how well they dealt with these.

Finally, the quality of our build is to a much higher standard than I have seen elsewhere. Our journey and the quality of the product is worth every penny and so much more.

We sincerely want to thank you for building our beautiful, brand new home. We think it's beyond amazing.

The entire process with you has involved as little stress as possible. From the moment we met with James, we were both comfortable and felt at ease. We had complete trust in Baxco and we haven't doubted that since.

We love that you were able to take Rick's custom design and turn it into our home. It is everything we thought it would be, and so much more. Any request we had was met with a ‘yea we can do that', regardless of how crazy we thought it seemed.

We had always wanted to build with a local builder, rather than a large volume builder. We have to admit that we did shop around a bit, we received quotes from other builders, prior to meeting with Baxco, but none of them compared with the Standard Inclusions nor the full turnkey we were able to get through Baxco. Our budget did not blow out, we always knew what the final price would be. Also just speaking with James gave us peace of mind before our build even commenced.

We have no doubt in our mind that when the time comes to build again, we will go with Baxco Homes - there is no doubt about that. We cannot speak highly enough of the service, finished product or quality that we have received. Thank you Baxco for bringing our dream to life!

Being first time builders, we were entering into a world we knew very little about. To say we were apprehensive is an understatement. We started our journey with another custom builder and felt they were totally unprofessional in some of their actions. The house was nice that they designed but attitude also plays a part which just wasn't for us. Then we signed with another builder to build a home that had several comprising factors in it as it was from a cookie cutter builder that just don't do custom, but had a custom price tag. We felt the need to sign with them due to not being able to find a house for "us" it seemed we were destined to just accept what felt as though a compromise, with no pot filler, no mudrooms and struggled for a scullery, everyone had a butlers pantry.

We came across Baxco homes via my brothers next door neighbour in Chisholm, which the house looked amazing and looked online. They had promising reviews including length of build plus price and offered not only custom builds, but great upgrade packages. So I decided to send off an enquiry via email on what we wanted. Almost instantly I received an email back (apparently from James who doesn't look at too many of these type of enquiries, it usually hits Tab first) and we booked an appointment from there.

Linda and I met Tab and James for the first time and it was an instant win for us, unless the price was too dear of course. Tab liked all things pink, so did Linda, so there was an instant bond. James loved what we wanted in the house and said yes to Linda's pot filler without hesitation, and looked intrigued on the facade and building something completely different to everyone else in the whole of Chisholm.

Steve is a Baxco unsung hero. He came up with a design that needed minimal changes, which started as his brief was to design a 4 bedroom very industrial looking facade with hebel and colourbond standing seem. We wanted to try and hide as much as the roof as possible behind parapet walls. We also wanted our laundry/mudroom, media room on the opposite side to the master bedroom, huge ensuite and wir, the kitchen had to have a scullery with lots of cupboard space, raked ceilings to dining and alfresco were all must haves. This was absolutely nailed. He also drew up all the elevations of the bathrooms, walk in robe, laundry and mudroom, media room and of course the amazing kitchen. Not being a kitchen designer but an architect he did an amazing job with these and what was presented was outstanding. He is a bright star for the company and is a main reason for their success.

Tabytha probably was stressed about every single bit of detail we had in this build but ordered and got in every single bit of custom tapware, stone and flooring without a hitch nor complaint. She was always on hand for us both for any question needing answering. When we think of our build process, we're so grateful and relieved that we made the right choice! The entire experience was nothing but positive and exciting. We look at our finishes and inclusions compared to neighbours and others in the building industry and understand the benefits of building with a luxury builder.

Baxco managed to exceed all of our highest expectations - not only in the quality of our industrial style build, but also in terms of timeframes and customer service. Our site supervisor Brett delivered our home perfectly as expected, purely through his commitment to the build and experienced efficiency in collaborating trades. He communicated constantly with us throughout the process and managed to go above and beyond at every single stage of the build, because he took such pride in the home he presented us.

My partner and I couldn't recommend James and his business, Baxco Homes, highly enough. As a young couple and first time home owners, we were completely new to the building experience. For some, the experience of building for the first time can be daunting with so much at stake.

Thankfully for us, this was not the case at all. From the moment we met with James we knew we were in safe hands. We took a look in person at some of his projects which he was more than happy and accommodating to do so. We also sat down with James where we asked every possible question we could think of and went through some of the options available and suitable to us. During this process James was very patient and thorough with us. Through this, James made making the decision of building through Baxco Homes so easy for us, and before we knew it, the construction of our house had begun.

This was something else we loved about Baxco Homes - how fast James and his team could construct our home without compromising on quality. Throughout the build James would give us weekly updates on where the progress was at with our house and was always more than happy to show us around if we liked. If we had any questions or concerns we always felt comfortable to ask and James was always very efficient at getting back to us quickly. Our site was always kept immaculate by James and his team. We had never seen such a clean construction site before. James really does pride himself in his work and we would often drive past to James in the late afternoon with his broom sweeping sawdust off the ground. This just went to show us the care and consideration he had for building our home.

The whole experience was a breeze. We were left with no worries at all. After nearly a year of living in our beautiful home we have not had any problems whatsoever. If you are thinking of building you can't go wrong with James and his team at Baxco Homes. Save yourself the time and effort of going through other builders because you won't find any better for the quality and price that Baxco Homes offers. Well, where do we start… As we sit here on our beautiful big alfresco enjoying a few beverages on this lovely summer afternoon. l thought of a few simple words to describe our building experience with Baxco.

EASY! is the first - James and Tab made the whole process so easy for us. We did not have the best kick off to our home build story, however from the moment we walked out from our first sit down with James and Tab we knew were making the right choice. Instantly comfortable and accommodating to our needs with a limited timeframe until land rego. James knocked up our custom floor plan to every detail we requested and contract drawn up all set in time for rego within weeks!

We were absolutely astonished with the speed at which our build took off. Especially with the way the building industry has been affected with Covid - The way our house took shape and the pace at which all of the trades were organised to mesh in together is a testament to James and Tab’s planning and organisation. A little under 20 weeks and we had our keys - wow!

QUALITY! From slab to frame to gyprock, right through to the finishing touches, we have seen nothing but quality from Baxco. The build was constantly inspected for defects by James himself and he would often contact me to Inform me of a fix that was required however I never felt the need to worry as I completely trusted James to deliver quality - and they certainly have!

PERFECT! To sum up, we couldn't he happier with what Baxco has delivered and would recommend to anyone! From your first home right through to something completely customised, Baxco can do it all! We now have a perfect family home to call our own and we owe it all to James and Tab. Thank you both so much!
