Our Process

We begin by discussing with you your vision, preferences, and requirements for your dream home. This is a crucial step where we get to understand your lifestyle, family dynamics, aesthetic preferences, and any specific features you desire. We understand that every homeowner is different and we will work closely with you to refine these concepts until we achieve a design you're excited about.

Once you are happy with your design it will go into pricing with our estimators. We can work with you to add any additional upgrades whilst we also understand the importance of ensuring that the final pricing aligns with your budget.

Once you've confirmed your satisfaction with the pricing, we'll provide a draft contract for your review or submission to your broker. Upon your approval, a finalised copy will be issued for signing.

Once the contract is signed, we will begin our pre construction process. We will present the final design to you which includes kitchen and laundry plans, electrical and façade elevations for approval. Once you're satisfied with the plans, we handle all the necessary certificates and approvals with your local Council or certifier. Your colour selections appointment will also occur within the stage of the build process.

With certificates and approvals in place, our skilled construction team begins the building process. This is when the first invoice will be issued. Throughout construction, we maintain open communication with you, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any questions or concerns you may have.

Upon completion, we will conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure that every detail meets your satisfaction. We provide comprehensive warranties on our workmanship and materials, giving you peace of mind knowing that your investment is protected.
